Jul 7, 2008 - yeah, there are many types of Spetsnaz, it simply a word for "Special Forces"Russian SF is lighter and they don't carry as much gear as western ones do, part of it is because they have to cover large distances. Also, they lack all the fancy-shmancy electronic stuff, aside from NV and GPS.
