CEO are beholand only to shareholders of which 1% population own half listed shares. So slash jobs, health, insurance everything else the pampered western workers enjoy. Recruiting offices in the colleges nation wide offering scholarships for duty link up veterans benefits with health care and military service with these same institutions... then you might be able to provide reasonable health care as an alternative to insurances unreasonable costs along with a tax break for those who do not want Govt. healthcare.
