Jul 7, 2008 - the only difference is that the spartans were nothing but fiction produced by the people who believed Zeus, Ares, Athene, Apollo etc walked on the earth and built even giant temples for such a fictious beliefs, but bees and hornets are as real as samurais. Next time compare samurais to some real fighters in the history instead of some non existed fictious thingies and maybe they will be honored fairly.

I know there facts have been pumped up obviously but they were some good fucking fighters. artifacts confirm their rituals of training soldiers. So i dont know wat ur talking about but spartans were the best in their day. Samurai were one of the best but not as hardcore as the spartans. Samurai use love as their central value, spartans used hate/fear, so much more fun :)
