Its current defense against against subs is its Sonar...and its lone helicopter. It has NO land attack capability either. On top of that, much of its anti-aircraft ability comes from pre-existing Italian, Dutch and French technology. Oh, and there will only be six of them.

Britian,Italy and France joint make ship technology together the dutch have no part of the contract. they make technoligy together that features on ships and most of it is initialy designed by BAE which is the British defence company. it has no main anti ship capabilitys because it is part of a fleet of aircraft carriers, destroyers and type 23 destroyers which defend from other ships
