roseagain2 Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - Make sure your spine is straight and gently reach your knee down to the floor or almost to the floor.

saintapathy Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - Make sure when you execute that your knee doesn't go past where the tip of your foot is. (The forward leg that is) Try to keep that leg @ a right angle. Make sure your stance is long enough & it feels like a very stable base stance. Go SLOW w/ no bouncy motions. Spine is straight and shoulders back. Try 2-3 seconds up and 2-3 seconds down. It'll feel like your quads and glutes are on fire done properly. Don't be tempted to do more reps that causes you to sacrifice good form. Enjoy yur workout!

idiotnoobbum Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - yea not much tips, but one safety advice is to not let your knee go past the point of your foot, it should be a 90 degree kind of thing

Diganiga Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - ATTENTION KIDS Don't do any bodybuilding with weights it will stunt your growth. Trust me I know this 20 year old kid who started at 15 and he's a buff as hell midget. Do pullups, pushups, crunches, and that kind of stuff, its also really great.

SoGowelterweight Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - lol, good for you man, in a couple weeks you'll get to 10 or 20, just keep at it.

Pikkon22 Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - i'm 14 can do this workout dude with 5lb weights so that it wont stunt my growth?

FitnessExpert Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - Bodybuilding will not stunt your growth. That's a huge myth Diganiga. The only thing that will stunt your growth is if you damage the growth plates in your bones at a young age. If you break a bone at the growth plate, that would stunt the growth of that particular bone. So keep lifting but just make sure you use good form.

blueprophet9 Says:

Oct 11, 2008 - I'll definitely remember this comment.
