The song gives a pretty thorough description, I'll leave Roger to explain.

May 14, 2008 - I would agree. Forcing any dogma, system or way of life on a country or a people is wrong. Even if it's such a nice thing as democraty! Democraty should come from the people and not be written on a bomb... but of course - that's just my oppinion ;-)
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - How about using force in self-defense? If someone wants to kill you, should you kill them first? Can we force rehabilitation on criminals? How about Japan after World War 2? Do you think it was right to force a constitution on them? They've flourished since.
Greenwizard13 Says:
May 14, 2008 - How can you be sure that they were the first to attack? What if the West has attacked first and they 're defending themselves???
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - Can you be specific? I don't know of any attack we were the first to make. If I'm understanding you correctly (and I may not) you are saying that blowing up the World Trade Center was an act of self-defense.
Greenwizard13 Says:
May 14, 2008 - The first Golf War was when??? 1991 I think...
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - The Gulf War was about defending Kuwait from an invasion by Sadaam Hussein, a secular non-muslim leader attacking a much freer country. That war was in response to an act of aggression, not an act of aggression itself.
Greenwizard13 Says:
May 14, 2008 - And you asked the USA to play the police officer?
jansenmann Says:
May 14, 2008 - Hmmm invading Kuwait, now let's see, where did sadam get the arms from to be able to launch such an offensive? And in Afghanistan who trained the mujahideen which later became the taliban including Osama? And by the way, the Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 so why bring up the world trade centre?
indipink Says:
May 14, 2008 - Well, I don`t think it matters who attacked who first and who`s better, we can only see the results of pointless wars and aggression. Thank God there are people like Roger who keep us from going insane in this world...
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - My point is that that war was not an act of aggression, but rather an act of self-defense. A freer country was being attacked by a less free (to say the least!) country. We helped the good guys, and in so doing helped ourselves. Totally justifiable.
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - Judgements were made in these cases (giving Saddam weapons and training muslim fanatics) that our self-defense justified it. I think these were misjudgements and were policies based on the philosophy of Pragmatism. These policies were originated and pursued by liberals more than conservatives. Also, just because someone is sold a gun, it doesn't justify them using it in a crime. We still have to protect ourselves.
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - Certainly it matters. The police have to make judgements as to who is a criminal and who is not.
Greenwizard13 Says:
May 14, 2008 - At the end of the day all I wish is that no one -from the East or the West- should have to die over matters like this
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - Yes indeed it is horrible that so many have to die. But I would most certainly die to defend my daughter from Sharia law.
indipink Says:
May 14, 2008 - And who`s the police may I inquire? Who`s there to judge right and wrong?
29051964 Says:
May 14, 2008 - the best song ever
Greenwizard13 Says:
May 14, 2008 - I wish the US people would open their eyes and look around just this once...
indipink Says:
May 14, 2008 - Hopefully this song will help them to take a better look at themselves...
indipink Says:
May 14, 2008 - Bravo Roger! I`ve already commented onthis song, but every time I listen to it, I feel like crying, but at the same time happy that not all of us give a shit about things in the world
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - This song certainly won't make the islamofascists look at themselves! And there the one's who matter!
indipink Says:
May 14, 2008 - Fascists never look at themselves, anyway!
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - To Indipink: There's no right or wrong. Nobody can judge. And in my judgment it's wrong to say so. Do you see the contradiction?
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - Fascists don't look at themselves. That's why we need to make it very clear why being an aggressive fascist doesn't pay.
indipink Says:
May 14, 2008 - I`ve already commented million times on it, just want to thank Roger for being there fot us and wish him a terrific new year! Rock on, Roger!
JRJ5 Says:
May 14, 2008 - I agree in so far as "Terrorism" is not the right concept here (if it's a valid concept at all.) We should say "Islamofascism," the desire to forcibly impose Sharia law on the world.
