Aug 20, 2008 - This is rubbish. There is definitely a problem running the current version of Skype under Vista. It is easily reproducible, simply make or respond to a call, wait for it to connect and observe that the application crashes. Vista reports the error but does not find a solution. If it works for you you must be lucky enought to have just the right combination of drivers etc.

Aug 20, 2008 - There is definately a prob with vista and skype 3.6 I don't understand why I cannot make skypecasts, I cannot access games, I keep getting messages that say I need to download the newest version. I downloaded it 2 days ago!! It's a 3.6 .. Is there a patch or what. I can still call out on it.. Most feautures do work, but I want it to be fully functional.

Aug 20, 2008 - I also have vista and xp. Skype works fine when I use it on XP, and it messes up on Vista. It won't let me get into a skypecast on Vista, but other than that it works great!
