Oct 13, 2008 - This was @ the 1999 VMAS, right around the time The Fragile came out. Why is it surprising? Trent clearly loves getting attention and being front and center. They were also suppossed to play "The Hand That Feeds" at the VMAs in 2005, but MTV pulled the plug at the last minute due to some political connotations in the performance.
