I know how you feel, it really is a load off your mind to realize that god and religion simply don't make sense, because it confirms what our brains have always tried to tell us. As such, these words are redundant nowadays. Spirituality has no inclusion of a specific God or any god for matter so being spiritual can mean any number of things. Meditation is spiritual, nature is spiritual, lucid dreaming and astral projection are both "spiritual".

Oct 13, 2008 - I use to think I was an atheist, because I didnt buy into what the church was selling. I dont like orgainzed religion, its used to much to control and divide people, I am very "spiritual" thou. No human being living or dead has ever had things 100% correct about the way things really are. If there is an after life, I cant say for sure 100% either way on that either, but I think there is something after. Learning about the 10 dimensional univers, from string theory, shows there is so much more.
