An example being that in France and other European countries university is free, in the united state it can be incredible expensive and in the UK its somewhere in-between the two. We are euro sceptic only because certain policies particulay to do with labour, unions and CAP. Unlike France and Italy we benefit from a globalise economy and less protection-like policies, and its becoming hard to find a middleground.

Jul 7, 2008 - So much to explain, so little room to explain it. Believe it or not, the French make poor polyglots. All of their dealings are either in France or with Francophones globally. If you were to ask them random vocabulary words in English, they probably know them from textbooks, but not many actually know how to string sentences and ideas and phrases together. They just don't have a lot of practice speaking it and applying it.
