reh741 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - Why on earth do Deelute get credit for the disco resurgence thing? ABC did it in 1985. This was brilliant then and it is brilliant now... What happened to music after 1990?????

iamstuckinthe80s Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - It went down the toilet with the rest of popular culture.

midnightjo93 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - Check out the buzz haircut of the 1980's!

abrakabara Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - Freedom of speach ? It all depends on who says it.Two people can say the same thing ,one can get away with it ,the other charged with racism.Good song no matter who sings it.

Sep 6, 2008 - That one guy looks like an oompa loompa...ha ha ha

trailboyus66 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - Oh how I have changed my mind about the 80's.I spent my childhood in the 60's and teen years in the 70's. The 80's were not what any of us expected. Now looking back in what a mess our economy is now the 80's look pretty good. Not that we were not disappointed at the outcome of the election of 1980 or any of the Reagan era right winged attitude that followed. We still had a cause no matter what the norm. The 80's were still a time when you could enjoy life without allot of worry.

sdsmith24 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - It looks like the 80's threw up all over my computer screen.

tel37 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - i wanna jump in and go back there!

Trancemaniac3000 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - Wasn't trance inspired by the 80's electronic sound? How many of you know what trance is? It's has a fun energetic feel.

Sep 6, 2008 - gotta love the 80's

andreaoskarkat Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - I always loved the 80's...I feel sorry for the kids today....the music is trash...this music...you had fun, you danced at gay bars even if you were straight like me....you traveled...it was a time of magic....I never even had to drink...I was drunk on the music and dancing....maybe it was unrealistic but it was like being on drugs without drugs...

burgan30 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - I was part of the generations, late boomer early gen x'er. I am produc of what we did. we lived and weren;t afriad to be creative. that's all gone now. the boomers have raised their kids as robots. no wonder i always hated the boomers.

Maxharddrive64 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - Your so right!I think for alot of us music from the 70's had become stagnant and although we appreciated it, it didnt belong to us(GenX). So when all these new bands and groups came along, we couldn't get enuff. It was like breathing fresh air. It didnt belong to our parents or older siblings. This was our music. Now, this generation is almost peer pressured into liking rap or fed the same old uncreative regurgitated pig slop they pass off as music. We went from Generation X to Generation DUH.

kquraishi Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - I agree with andreaoskarkat and you Maxhardrive64, the music nowadays (if you can call it that) sucks with a big S. I hate this no talent gangsta rap crap and hip hot bullshit. How much talent do you need to come up with this bullshit. And you are right about this crap being crammed down the throats of kids nowadays forcibly. A lot of kids nowadays love 80s music when I introduce it to them but are embarassed for some reason to listen to it in front of their ignorant/Stupid peers. The 80s RULE.

zackwells4 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - this is the gayest thing i've ever seen

billdoss2 Says:

emerytownblues Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - This song takes me back to the late 80s, and hearing this blasting over the speakers in the Tanforan Shopping Mall for some fashion show event. IMO the 80s was the last decade for really great music.

butifarra61 Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - andreoskarkat, yes, totally I used to take all the ballerinas on tour with me to the gay disco and dance this music. the dance tour of mid 80's was glorius. this is to betsy!

butifarra61 Says:
