May 14, 2008 - once she is in a hammock, just take the edges, and run a rope between them, like lacing up a shoe for the first time. tie on either end. it should be noted though that this hammock was rated for 2000 pounds (1 ton) so i would not trust a cheap hammock. also as i found out, if you really want to flip her, you need to leave some slack in the rope.
