Oct 10, 2008 - ok thats great but did anyone catch he using the backpack buckles. If hes going green as one may call it....why doesn't he just use the thrift store backpack? Sometimes we get so caught up in trying to do good we kinda loose track of the purpose of what one was doing in the first place. I love the Earth. I respect the earth but damn dude did you not think about that?

mcfiredrill Says:

Oct 10, 2008 - whatever why would he want to use a shitty goodwill bag? he can use the rest of the goodwill bag anyway to make other shit, he doesnt have to just throw it out.

ShadowedxTruth Says:

Oct 10, 2008 - As mcfiredrill said, he could probably use that for something else. And did you notice that he didn't use the buckles from that bag? He used the seat belt and the five dollar ones he bought. (why would he use the other ones if he bought those other two for five dollars?) And this wasn't about going green in the first place, it's just about making a weekend project.

Oct 10, 2008 - If you mean burning plastic like placing it over a naked flame, yes. Fusing plastic [What they did in the video]do too, but it just won't plume out like they would when you burn plastic.

Oct 10, 2008 - Some say "messenger bag" is code for "man purse". Call it a possibles bag, nothing tougher than the mountain men that carried those. Learning how to laminate thin plastic bags could come in handy one day
