We tend to easily regard these sensations as feelings of anxiety, fear, pain frustration, control.... But this closing sensation is literally your divinity or higher self telling you that you are not in alignment with truth and that which you are here on this earth to create!This simple-sounding process is actually an incredibly profound tool and way of being that helps cut out "useless mind chatter", helps you understand why you are having those reactions in your body.
