www.SharedGenes.comThis clip is from the McQuaid High School Eighth Annual Bob Swartz Memorial Talent Show, April 20 2007. 14 year old Ted Nicolosi performed two songs solo while having the guitar mic'd and into a PA system. No amplifier was used, so little tone control. The guitar is an Ovation Deep bowl. The song presented here is "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" Prizes were awarded to the top five places, Ted placed first. The other song he played was the Chet Atkins tune "Windy and Warm"; he came up with both arrangements only about 6 weeks ago. The other band presented in this group of clips is called the "Southern Bluegrass Band" They did a very nice job and placed third, check them out too, fun to watch and hear...guitar, banjo, washboard, jugs, drums..and pots and pans!www.SharedGenes.com
