I didn't want to buy the puff pastry, but the recipes I found made it look complicated. Now I see it's not complicated, just hard work. Oh, well. Baking is a labor of love.

Oct 10, 2008 - You don't have to use a special type of butter. Just make sure it's graded AA (double A) and that the only ingredient in it is cream.
