I think i'm going to buy the "Stryker" jet.. have you seen them? $160 will get you everything. they can go 80mph

This is my first time playing planes, used to play 1/10 RC stadium truks.For barely 60 bucks, this thing is worth the money, got mine 2 weeks ago and wheels got off, now i have to catch it with my hands.I dont like the fact it cannot fly straight, always goes up out of my sight.

Oct 10, 2008 - I think yours flys better than mine, it takes a bit to take off and it does not climb very well, it keeps slowly descending when it turns even with full power.

Also the foam in the front of the plane is chipping off due to rough landings. How should i fix that. To fly this thing you need allloottt of friggin space. shadow hawk 2.0 owns! lol nice vids!

Oct 10, 2008 - too bad you only get like 4 minutes of flight time with Storm launcher and 3 hours to charge the stupid battery. I had the storm launcher and returned it real quick after I saw how much power it uses.

Oct 10, 2008 - yeah I agree with hahayuranidiot, I didn't like the storm launcher because of the flight time.. this XPV plane seems like you get a lot of time out of it before you have to charge it.

Oct 10, 2008 - i'd try to crazy glue them or wrap tape around them because they protect the propellers. For the foam in front, just put strips of tape.. that's prolly the most you can do.

Oct 10, 2008 - thanx, yeah it took me a few crashes before I learned that you have to do short and quick bursts with the left/right stick if you want to turn. Once you get that down, the rest comes easy! To do a barrel roll, get it real high, the hold to the right or left untill you want it to stop rolling.

Oct 10, 2008 - yeah a lot of people don't know how to fly it so they just assume it sucks.. when you turn left or right, the KEY is to just tap it.. quick.. and keep doing it until you don't want to turn anymore.. Most people just hold it down and it cauzes it to crash.

Oct 10, 2008 - I had the storm launcher and took it back because it only allowed like 4 or 5 minutes of flight time if that. It took a LOT of power to fly it and just wasn't worth the 3 hour charge that it took to charge it. I like the XPV plane way better.

Storm launcher is more powerful and can do more stuff but the battery life is only like 5 min. and then you have to charge the damn thing for 3 hours.. Not worth it to me. The XPV plane lasts a while in the air.. I like it better
