Jul 6, 2008 - Some of you say these exercises are too easy. You're obviously not focusing on the muscle groups that are being worked. I am really thin so these were easy at start for me too; but you have to concentrate in time. Don't look at the pumped up guy in the back -- he's doing them wrong. You could also use leg weights/ankle weights for extra resistance and be careful not to balance the legs. BTW thanks for the upload!
