According to wikipedia and the sources supporting this theory, Nicole-458 is fictional of the Halo universe that does not exist in the Halo storyline (books, movie, the original games, ANYWHERE). Bungie and Team Ninja just created Nicole exclusively for DOA4. And albeit Monty Oum did the same thing for his movie.
