Jul 6, 2008 - Such a beautiful Opera. Just a simple story but so powerfull.
sirmercutio99 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Wow Roberto sounds really distraught in the end if almost Angela had really died. I know there married in real life they are a excellent couple on stage.
NannerlSullAria Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Listen at 04:32; is it just me or she says 'era buio il mio GROSSOR non si vedeva'. That made me laugh - grossor rather than rossor - it's quite funny, i guess she wasn't concentrating well. I like it tho!

Jul 6, 2008 - at 7:00 i thought he was going to toss his cookies on her. Kinda distracting. :)

Jul 6, 2008 - I like this performance, alas only the singing, not the acting! :PAnd with all the Bóhèmes I have seen, I found it rather disturbing to sometimes see people break into thunderous applause, even before the last note has faded away - like in this oerformance.

Jul 6, 2008 - GRAND,GRAND,GRAND MOMENT
TheInquisitive4Ever Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - They're certainly nowhere near the perfection of Mirella Freni and Luciano Pavarotti. But still a agreeable performance by Gheorghiu and Alagna.
corellithebest Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Amazingly moving indeed! Their performance made me cry!
sandrik100 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - So go to your Pavas videos and shut up!
sandrik100 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - This inquisitive4ever is a wretched provocator. I follow all his foolish comments and see, that he has no any other work, but to trash on Grate singers and he gets pleasure with it, he also likes to provocate others. He is simple bugger as he called me!
TheInquisitive4Ever Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Grate singers? LoL funny (try using a dictionary). Ironically, what you watch on YouTube, I have seen live. You might choose to be just another statistic for the marketing industry but some of us refuse to take anything for granted. I used to like Alagna. But his choice of repertoire overstrained his voice. Go refute that if you can you clueless fiddlestick. Now go back to the Georgian rat hole from which you originated, and beg for food.
sandrik100 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Hey bugbear! As I expected, you are absolute dilletant in opera! Yes my little bugbear these stars are GREAT SINGERS, there are no better spinto tenor as Alagna and lyric soprano as Gheorghiu nowadays. The modern three are: 1Cura2Alagna3Vargasas older was 1Pavarotti2Domingo3Carreras:)and not 1Pavarotti2Kraus3Aragall:(and sopranos may be 1Gheorghiu 2Fleming 3Netrebko!!!
TheInquisitive4Ever Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Thanks for putting up a list, which irrevocably shows that you're clueless when it comes to opera. First and foremost, there cannot be a list. Second, I never suggested a list. Knock yourself out you little fiddlestick. LoL
TheInquisitive4Ever Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - You sound as if you have read the list in a book. Last time I checked there was not Top 10 in Rolling Stones Magazine (I doubt you can even afford a magazine) of "who is the best tenor". That's what happens when someone's opera background is based on YouTube.
sandrik100 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Stop talking and don't answer me if you have nothing to tell, your comments are only black signs on white space and nothing more!Once I adviced you to comment on rap and hip hop, so it is a time when you have follow my suggestion. Opera for you is a Chinese language, which you do't understand.:-)
TheInquisitive4Ever Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - You're the abode of self denial. I highly doubt that you have any knowledge or background in opera. One fact seems to be obvious though. Your inferiority complex coming from an inferior nation, i.e. Georgia, makes you sound like a mentally ill person. Keep knocking yourself out.
sandrik100 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Hahahaha Georgians are inferior nation I have never heard enything more stupid in my life, But how can I expect wise words from idiot!
TheInquisitive4Ever Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Inferior indeed. Last time I checked as you were listing translating the bible and being 14th in whatever as major accomplishment. Bending backwards for every major nation that passed by is not considered major accomplishment nor superiority. You're in denial which is to be expected from someone inferior.
alvarogm86 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - bueatiful, touching
GermanOperaSinger Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - I find your list quite funny.A better title for your list would be 'Most overrated tenors and sopranos of all time'.Excluding Pavarotti, of course.
GermanOperaSinger Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - But Pavarotti is definitely not No. 1.Alagna was decent for a few years before his voice was destroyed thanks to himself. Gheorghiu and Netrebkos are just Callas wannabees who know they will never come to her standards.Don't think that just because they are the '3 tenors' Luciano-Placido-Jose trio were the best tenors ever.
miabuchignani Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - I've cried all my tears. (great, now I look like a racoon)What true beauty between Gheorghiu and Alagna. Truly my favorite version of this scene...and believe me, I've seen many versions!
tdeane34 Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - But Pav is definitely the no 1 Rodolfo.
