This is a close up of the mod furnace starting up in mod test mode via the mod tstat. the furnace starts at 40% and i manually increase the mod signal to 100% with a wait of about 10-15 seconds between stagesHere is the sequence of events:0:00 blower on low only0:28 induction blower on0:59 spark ignition, starts on 100%1:19 drops to 40%, increase 5% every 10-15 sec manually2:02 hit 50%, 5% increments every 10-15 sec3:23 around 80%3:33 hit 100%3:37 heat off, blower and induction still on3:57 induction off3:57 on, blower is still on

Jul 20, 2008 - the rheem mod furnace is very complex. for homeowners that might be considering getting one, i thought this video would be instructive. it shows how the furnace ramps up the output.
