http://ps22chorus.blogspot.comBig things have been happening for the chorus, and this certainly has to be counted among the biggest. The chorus were invited to be featured on the upcoming remake of the classic TV show ELECTRIC COMPANY. This was one of my favorite shows as a kid, and it was awesome to see my fifth grade troupe marching on to explore another realm of their talent! It was an awesome shoot, fun and rewarding for all involved! The chorus were accompanying Broadway star James Iglehart (who performed on Broadway in the shows Spelling Bee and Smokey Joe's Cafe). James was way cool as was the entire Electric Company staff. I'm happy to report that after this successful shoot, the kids are already booked to perform in another Electric Company video in August! The show premieres in January of 2009, so everyone across the country should be on the lookout for the nationwide television debut of the PS22 Chorus!!
