Nov 21, 2008 - they need to understand us and what we go through on a daily basis....people will find ways to help them but it takes a while....i should know....the only thing that keeps me from cutting anymore is my fionce....he sorta knows wat i go through b/c he is an SI (self injurer) as well....but nobody knows exactly what another person is going through but it does help when you find people that have an idea of what you go through.

Nov 21, 2008 - I believe it is Bjork singing it, but its a new order song"Blue monday"For the vid itself its rather touching i feel a connection to it, for the lyrics reach to most of those who self injure. We all start for diffrent reasons and in one point in time we releize we should have never started for this is not the way we should go around with what we feel. There are better ways to deal with it, you just have to find something to replace the blade. A journey long and hard but well worth it.

I have stopped SI, but I have many scars that will never go away. People do judge and stare at things they don't possess knowledge of. It's their way of dealing with their fears and confusion. So sometimes, it's best not to show things to people unless you know them well enough to trust them. =)
